You may use INeedToSendAFax.com only for lawful, personal or business faxing of documents you have the right to send.

Prohibited uses

• Unsolicited advertising, promotional, bulk, or "junk" faxes.
• Any message that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, or harassing.
• Content that infringes third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Automated, scripted, or high-volume sending intended to evade our limits.
• Attempts to bypass verification, rate limits, or security controls.

Your obligations

You are responsible for complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Junk Fax Prevention Act, and all other applicable laws. Sending unsolicited advertisements by fax is illegal in the United States.

Enforcement

We may refuse or terminate service, block identifiers, and cooperate with law enforcement for violations. Report abuse to admin@ineedtosendafax.com.
