These Terms govern your use of INeedToSendAFax.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. You must be 18 or older.

1. The Service

The Service transmits documents by facsimile to numbers you specify. Free faxes are limited in pages and frequency and include our branding; paid faxes are charged at the price shown at checkout. All features and prices may change at any time.

2. Acceptable use

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you may not send unsolicited advertising, bulk or junk faxes, or any unlawful, harassing, or infringing material.

3. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you transmit, for having the right to transmit it, and for the accuracy of recipient numbers. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless INeedToSendAFax.com against any claims arising from your use of the Service.

4. Delivery

Fax delivery depends on the recipient's equipment and network. We attempt each fax up to 5 times. Paid faxes that cannot be delivered are refunded in full as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected fax (or $25 for free faxes). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Termination

We may suspend or refuse service to anyone, and may block access to prevent abuse or comply with law.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
