Is it really free?
Yes. Free faxes are up to 3 pages to US/Canada numbers, limited to 2 per day, and carry our branding on the cover page.
What does the paid option add?
Up to 25 pages, no branding, an optional cover page, priority delivery, and no daily limit — all for $1.99 per fax.
Why do I have to confirm my email?
It prevents abuse of the free service. Click the link we email you and your fax is queued.
Which numbers can I send to?
Fax numbers in the United States and Canada.
What file types are supported?
PDF, PostScript, and TIFF. We convert everything to standard fax format automatically.
What if my fax fails?
We retry up to 5 times. If it still fails, paid faxes are refunded automatically and you'll get an email.
How long is my document stored?
Fax content is deleted within 3 days of transmission. We keep metadata so your status page and receipt keep working.
Can I send unsolicited advertising or bulk faxes?
No. Sending unsolicited advertising faxes is illegal in the US and prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy.
