Refund Policy

Our goal is simple: if your paid fax isn't delivered, you don't pay.

Automatic refunds

Every paid fax is attempted up to 5 times over about two hours. If all attempts fail, we automatically issue a full refund to your original payment method. You'll receive an email when this happens. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Free faxes

Free faxes are not charged, so no refund applies.

Wrong number or recipient issues

If a fax is delivered to the number you entered, it is not refundable even if the number was incorrect or the recipient did not expect it. Please double-check the fax number before sending.
